اثر تمرینات ثبات عصبی عضلانی پویا با رویکرد توانبخشی از راه دور بر تغییرات وزن و انعطافپذیری زنان سالمند چاق

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثر تمرینات ثبات عصبی عضلانی پویا با رویکرد توانبخشی از راه دور بر تغییرات وزن و انعطافپذیری زنان سالمند چاق انجام شد. این پژوهش از نوع نیمهتجربی با طرح پیشآزمون-پسآزمون همراه با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری شامل زنان سالمند دارای اضافهوزن و چاق ساکن شهر مشهد در دامنه سنی ۶۰ تا ۷۵ سال بود. نمونه تحقیق شامل ۳۰ نفر با شاخص توده بدنی بالاتر از ۲۵ کیلوگرم بر مترمربع بود که به روش نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب و پس از غربالگری به صورت تصادفی ساده در دو گروه تجربی (۱۵ نفر) و کنترل (۱۵ نفر) تخصیص داده شدند. گروه تجربی به مدت شش هفته و هر هفته سه جلسه، پروتکل تمرینات ثبات عصبی عضلانی پویا را با آموزش اولیه حضوری و پیگیری از راه دور دریافت کرد. متغیرهای وزن، شاخص توده بدنی و انعطافپذیری بالاتنه و پایینتنه در دو مرحله پیشآزمون و پسآزمون اندازهگیری شدند. برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از تحلیل کوواریانس با کنترل مقدار پیشآزمون در سطح معنیداری ۰۵/۰ استفاده شد. نتایج آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس نشان داد که بین دو گروه تجربی و کنترل برای وزن و شاخص توده بدنی (۰۰۱/0=P) اختلاف معنیداری وجود داشت. همچنین برای انعطافپذیری بالاتنه اندام راست و چپ (۰۰۱/0=P) و انعطافپذیری پایین¬تنه اندام چپ و راست (۰۰۱/0=P) نیز اختلاف معنیداری بین دو گروه مشاهده شد. شش هفته تمرینات ثبات عصبی عضلانی پویا با رویکرد توانبخشی از راه دور میتواند با کاهش وزن و شاخص توده بدنی و همچنین بهبود انعطافپذیری بالاتنه و پایینتنه در زنان سالمند دارای اضافهوزن و چاق همراه باشد. با توجه به حجم نمونه محدود، نبود پیگیری بلندمدت و کنترل نشدن کامل رژیم غذایی و فعالیتهای خارج از برنامه، تعمیم بالینی نتایج باید با احتیاط انجام شود.
